This policy statement provides information on Fujifilm Business Innovation Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") regarding its responsibilities and policies, in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("the Ordinance") and other applicable data protection laws, such as the Personal Data Protection Act of the Macao Special Administrative Region ("the Act").

1. Company Policy

The Company fully complies with the obligations and requirements of the Ordinance and the Act (if applicable).
The Company is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers when collecting, using, storing, and transmitting personal data.

2. Collection of Personal Data

The Company only collects data necessary to support our business activities and to provide you with our services and/or products. Failure to provide necessary information and details may result in the Company being unable to provide or continue to provide these services and/or products to you. Information you provide through the Company's sales, promotional and ancillary activities, surveys, website activities, and/or event registrations may be stored, analyzed, and used for direct marketing purposes, as well as to improve our business operations with existing and potential customers.
The Company collects data through various channels, including conversations with you (including via phone or email), and/or obtaining your written response, and/or through the Company's online facilities. If the Company obtains contact information from a third party, we will strive to verify the accuracy of the information and ensure that the method of obtaining the information is consistent with the Company's policy.
The Company will continue to collect and store personal credit data in the manner prescribed by the Ordinance or the Act (if applicable).

3. Security of Personal Data

All collected data will be subject to the Company's strict data confidentiality policy. Our computerized data is stored in secure facilities with restricted access to authorized personnel only. The Company may transfer and store your data overseas.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

Except for intermediary media, individuals or companies that owe the Company confidentiality obligations and have committed to keeping private data confidential, the Company's affiliated companies, service subcontractors, government agencies, or regulatory bodies, the Company will not share any personally identifiable or customer private data with third parties as a standard practice. Examples of intermediary media include courier companies, direct marketing companies acting on our instructions, credit inquiry agencies, debt collection agencies, authorized distributors, and financial service providers. In all cases, these companies must sign an appropriate agreement with us to ensure the security of the information.

5. Access and Correction of Personal Data

In accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance or the Act (if applicable), individuals have the right to:

  1. enquire whether the Company holds personal data about them and, if so, to request a copy of such data;
  2. request the Company to correct any inaccurate personal data about them for the purpose of using such data; and
  3. ascertain the Company's policies and practices in relation to personal data about them, namely the policies and practices set out in this policy statement and the privacy policy for products and services of "Green Island Health & Wellness Corporation Limited. and its subsidiaries".

In accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance or the Act, the Company has the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing any request for access to personal data.

6. Direct Marketing Activities

The Company may occasionally promote its products or services directly to you via email, postal mail, telemarketing, fax, and/or other forms of communication.

With customer consent, the Company may provide customers with its latest information, including corporate information, promotions, events, seminars, and offers. The Company may provide such information to you through various communication channels including: email, mailing address, mobile number, telephone number, and customer service account.

Opt-out of direct marketing materials

If you do not wish to receive any future promotional or direct marketing materials from Fujifilm Business Innovation Hong Kong Limited, or to receive such materials through any specific channel, please notify the Company's Data Protection Officer in the following ways:
