Reservation Terms & Conditions
- For foot or head/shoulder/neck massages, specific masseurs cannot be requested, and the service will be performed in the foot bath area.
- This establishment does not offer room reservation services; rooms are arranged by the establishment.
- If customers are unable to arrive on time, the establishment reserves the right to deduct from the treatment time.
- To change or cancel an appointment, please notify the establishment 48 hours before the start of the treatment; otherwise, no changes can be made.
- All offers cannot be used simultaneously.
- All treatments and member points are non-refundable.
- It is recommended to avoid eating one hour before the treatment.
- If using essential oils, customers should verify relevant information or seek professional advice before the treatment (including but not limited to: allergy sufferers, individuals with sensitive skin, sensitive respiratory systems, high and low blood pressure patients, etc.). Participation in this treatment is at your own risk.
- We regret that we cannot accept bookings from the following individuals at this stage: pregnant women, those with skin conditions, heart disease, high blood pressure, retinal detachment, severe neck/back injuries, severe injuries, serious illnesses, or those who have recently undergone surgery, etc. (If customers conceal any information during booking, they will be solely responsible for the consequences.)
- Please do not bring valuables to our company. We will not be responsible or liable for any loss.
- Green Island Spa & Massage reserves the right to change any prices and rules without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
